On the subject of Zeigfried, was the ratio for exchange always 5:1? I thought last time it was 1:1? Shame cos that was a positive thing!

Nearly made a huuuuge error. Thought I was looking at Prickly Fungus but was actually looking at Prickly Pears! Wondered why the price had dropped so rapidly!

It was for this event, but whatever the last event we had, forgive me if - I cant remember what it was, it was 1:1 exchange.

Have you reached your goal yet?? SahraB? I decided to join you on this goal, I have not reached it yet, but I am getting close, I even finished the event, I had not planned on doing the right side, just selling, but people were leaving just big gaps in the market I got a bit annoyed and so I donated to the event while I waited on the market to go up a bit. It is so up and down on my one farm, and its weird that the 8 hour crops is selling for the least amount, you would think they would sell for the most, but they have been the weakest crop so far. the Rose one is the best for me, the 6 hour crop. I made the majority of my CCs the first 24 hours before anyone else was selling and was able to sell really high.

 

Sebe, on my farm I've noticed the number of Rose seeds is dramatically lower than the other two. I'm waiting on my rose seeds now, while having over 900 of each of the others. Guess the market price really is supply and demand driven.

 

On the last Mystery of Herbs the exchange ratio was identical to this one. 5:1 with the option to improve it through donation of goods.
The 1:1 exchange ratio was on the Tractor Show. It is relatively recent so probably you remember it from there.

I reached my goal in the 70th hours of the event. For now, I have made 1 Billion and 200 million CCs from this event.

Firstly; I used barn items for a 1:1 seeds exchange.



I used 4950x Buckwheat and 16,900x Sandallwood Seeds.

I also used about 1000 SSG AND 1000 SG for plants.

and I still have them.

I have both CR's up and running! I have played 72 mini games and done 55 tasks. I may just see how far I can go, I must say Rose seeds seem to be in short supply for me, but I will plug along anyway! Congrats to all who have finished or reached their goals...job well done!

 

That is great!!! I still am a few million shy of 1 Billion, but hope to hit 1 Billion by noon EST.

Its weird how this game is so much by chance. Now with seeds for me, they have almost been totally equal when I open the crates. I usually have way too many of one kind and not enough of another.

I finished both sides and became a seller and made 125 million cc's in a little over 5 hours....

I have my last seeds for the event in and am on schedule to finish both parts of the event tomorrow morning if drops* continue as they have done (crops by day, pens by night - which means I have also replenished my Bees, Peacocks and Beavers at the same time!). I should still have a few event crops to sell but I think I missed the boat on that one so no billion for me this time!

Yes, I know I wasn't going to do the crop part but my initial plan was to get the required amount (to perhaps donate to the event) and then see how many more I could grow (and sell). Then I just buckled and donated most of the them yesterday leaving me just a few more to grow and it would have been churlish to leave a finish-able event unfinished! Prizes weren't exceptional but now I have a few more PF, SG (though I used a fair bit) and some always welcome BBs!

I did win the +100 harvest for 24 hours - twice! But it only made up for me completely messing up the prizes of extra event and normal crops - nearly every time, I hardly had any of the benefit!

Despite the low "WOW" factor prizes, I have enjoyed not stressing over an event - and what's more I am going to complete it. Perhaps that's the key - don't stress and you will make it (or not ... but if you don't care, no problem!).

Well done to those who have finished and maybe making a few CCs with the excess and good luck to all those still looking for that buried treasure!

7:14pm USA time and I have just finished BOTH sides of this event! and managed to sell some Valley Rose too!

I have put my ornaments on the Pet Playground. The cloud row does not give any ep etc but today, with some of my pets etc activated I got 178,000. Am I missing something about the cloud row. I still get the % ep too (I think) although it is not something I pay much attention to.
