The new mill

Before the new mill was installed I was producing 1000 units of platypus feed. I had to purchase the mulberries at the market. Now I have only 255 units of feed and my basil, mulberries and pine cones are gone. I would appreciate if I could at least have my produce back to make the rest of my feed.

We are aware of this issue, it has been reported to the Game Team and it seems to be affecting a lot of players. All the amounts over 255 were lost - so we are waiting for an update regarding a solution to this matter. I apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this process.

This issue has been fixed long time ago, when the goods have been rebooked for the previous incidents. I apologise if this was not clear.

I never received either my goods back or my feed so no I don't see it as fixed. I have checked on a regular basis hence the last message posted. Is this clear?
