The Pirate King's Treasure Strategy Thread

I stayed out of the last 3 events (had a strange no-cropitis) but I did do some serious damage to my animal feed stores...finished my goal of minimum animal stocks for every one.
NOW I'm baack. Mir, you gave an excellent cheat on the treasure map..I couldn't even begin to sort that one out.
Got me animals, got me trees, got me crops....I'm ready to go.
Thanks Illy I waited for someone to their brain with numbers so early in the a.m. (I didn't have one) good job.

 

In doing my first game, I got 6 crates on baw815 and 8 crates on SadieBAW. Of note I got 10 GBs and a Shark on baw815 and a Crab on SadieBAW.

 

holy cow, but these log-out issues are making farming difficult. Water, you have to log back in. add manure, log back in. ad infinitum. whee.

 

I like what I got in the crates, no stables or mystery things but everything else. I am just doing this event for the crates. I know I won't even come close to the cloud row, my trophies are still too low, but I'm forging ahead. I just wish they had not added to the tree to add enticements to open them or rainforest.

 

choose the rainforest! You won't regret it. I spent my stars down to around 500 when we got the new stuff and I'm already back up to over 700 - between crates and wheel spins and cloud rows, you'll have enough stars to open something else soon enough.

 

Thanks dumbunny. I kind of was leaning that way, but the trees growing faster, more water and poo, etc., is very tempting. I want it all, now. Not like Veruca Salt in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Although the system like to blow me out of game whenever it got a bit mad/crazy.
Lucky, uptill now, it is still kind to me as it don’t like to swallow my stuff like seed or drops.
Hope BP tamed the naughty system in soon time.
So far, I got 470 drops. last night I plant fox head & it give me quite good drops.
I still keep mix farm on rainforest & crystal fall. I know I may be a bit tight on event crops.
Let see how the drops go, if it become a minor factor, I will plant fire berry at night too.

me, too. Logged in and promptly got logged back out. Now to see if I can harvest and plant...

 

Bugs have eaten CC from my cloud rows.there has been NO improvement LOL

 

When I have clicked several tiles & still coudn't find the treasure, I simply shut down the browser and opened it once again. My mini game started new. The torch wasn't lost.

 

Logged out, log in.... ..... are we getting (more) extra hours to finish?

 

Just in case anyone was thinking they'd skip the mini-FSQ that goes with this event - don't! Level two, gold and diamond give torches! I did through to level 5, silver as I was lacking a rhino stable, the two rare trees on level four - so you can pick and choose what to do beyond the silver. It's worth a few sandalwood trees to get those torches - at least I think so.

 

Yes,yes,yes! If you can, do the FSQ Pirate King that goes along with main event as dumbunny has suggested! I finally
have a Rhino, Robin and Norfolk Pine and Monkey Tail tree ! Happy dance, Happy Dance! I also got the 3 torches!

 

yes, the quest really worth doing.But.... pls remember:
the quest end earlier than event. It will end on 14 May 14:00 CET
If player found that he/she could not grow enough fire berry or drops is too tight
to go for both quest & event.
player must make up choice earlier, to drop some prize from quest or won’t finished
the event for the CR.
My advise is, unless you want those rare stable, tree much more than the CR,
do the quest on last day 14 May, which you will know better how your situation
on the crop as well as drops. To see if you could do both or need to drop down something.
