The site is down/offline for 4 hours, isn't it?

The site is down for several hour, is it true?

I can get in the game a minute ago after trying to load farmerama page for hundred times.
What will happen again, especially we will live Chestnut Festival?

It was definitely not 4 hours, "just" a couple of hours, but that is correct - however, the problem was not related to Farmerama only, the same situation occurred in all our games - not Bigpoint game, forum, etc has been accessible in the last couple of hours, all the servers being down. This indeed was not expected, but hopefully we will not experience issues again. What happens if it does occur again - this is something we don't know. Depending on the severity and length of the problem, an eventual decision will be made by the game team.

Unfortunately we don't have any other kind of information at the moment, I am sorry, and I apologise for this downtime.
