I'm propagating all 3 but I think I will go with the blue pansies in the end. I'm in love with the orange ones though so I might have to grow a bit of those as well. They are really lovely, why don't we have these already in the game?

I got 215 Terracotta Pots on Initial Harvest. Thanks for three free pansy arrangements, save us 90 Terracotta Pots. I have nuked some Blue Pansies as they work best for me, Plus they are more effective to grow to the time scale to get 4200 Blue Pansies left to get, so i can resume to normal farming to gain remaining Terracotta Pots until i completed this event ;)

I got 50 pots on one field of carnations. Not too shabby. I think I will also use blue pansies. I can plant less of them and use at least one full field for carnations to get drops. Only level 90 so I don't have any of the other good drop crops yet except for spelt. Then I can focus on all the nitty gritty for the timed quest. It has me worried that I may run out of time. Pun intended! ;):p:)

Mooboy - What crop are you using for drops?

ok ok lol xDxD I gave in on this event but I'm definetly not doing the other one and I'm only using like 2 fields see how far I can get :p:p and I'm doing it on 4 of my farms ;):) I may end up using all 3 fields so I can get the pansies done and get back to regular farming :)

Blue pansies will be done in 7 hours and on to normal crops for drops. Love this event!

19 flower arrangements fed to the pandas with some nice prizes along the way :)

I had set out two Tasks for this event. 1st Task is completed 4500 Blue Pansies as they are the quickest to stock up out of Three pansies. It is too costly and time consuming to grow White or Orange Pansies for me. I used manure for sensible use on Blue Pansies. Now Manure sold out in my market :p

I am getting on average 25 Terracotta Pots on full field 1 x 1 Blue Pansies. So far got 480 Terracotta Pots. Therefore Task 2 is still left to do needing only 780 Terracotta Left to get.

I can now get back to making CC or work on Farm Society Quests, at the same time hoard as many Terracotta Pots as i can.;)

There is very good reason why i making CC most of the time. As i see farmers have posted not do events but instead work on FSQs. We can only have limited field space to grow stuff for Quests, plus Trees and Workshops takes a while to be ready to be harvested.:D

My Strategy is to grow stuff that makes good CC, which i sell for very good CC, only stuff that in very high demand. With the proceeds profits i make i use My CC Wallet to go on a splurge to buy stuff from the markets that can be used to donate to quests or upgrade Animal/Crop Trophy[Newbies Essential Task]

The benefit of CC can get stuff from the markets, without the need of field space to grow things needed for quests. As with any event thrown at us. It is a huge help to gain useful rewards such as Super Grow, Party Spins, Power Feeds, Suzy Super Grow, etc that helps us doing farming for Quests or Events mostly to get better drop rate of drops working on Refinements or Buffs.

I Throw everything at my farm at all events to try get it out of the way asap, or take advantage to get more lovely useful prizes that helps stock up my barn, another CR to the collection, Newer Better Givers,Buff Products such as CAC or PPP, Wonder Stables, Wonder Trees, Farm Coins etc. Even when not able to complete the whole event, or just doing part of this event every reward you get helps:p

littletinybit - I use three fields of turnips, it helps to work on refinements to get good drops during events. But it is always best to put out your best crop, stables or workshops to get best drops. But at the same time need to upgrade your Animal/Crop Trophies, plus move them from field to field until you have Living Legend Rune ;)

Do not make a mistake like i did in a recently not to grow too many event crops this time it is pansies it can be very easily done. Then there is miscalculate shortfall of drops remaining needed to complete the events steps you are aiming to complete. It my case need to mill 42 Pansy Arrangements I am hoping my lovely Red Panda will reward me so lovely prizes :D

I'm done with crops and incredibly behind on drops so work still to be done. I've only done 15 arrangements so far but I elected to plant event crop on the overnight instead of a long drop crop.

I'm already missing the lovely pansies. :inlove:

I still need to make 20 pandas happy:p 600 dropso_O:wuerg::cry: Actually went back into the refinery to give it another whirl. I will confess that late last night when I was harvesting I planted lettuce on 2 fields for a break from the pansies. Guess who forgot to harvest them and replant with long crops?:cry: Yep, that was me:wuerg:-.-

Ouch, julie, that hurts! o_O Not that I've ever done anything like that...:music:xD Came back to Baha yesterday to discover I failed to plant one of the fields with the crops for over there, just a nice empty field. :wuerg: Oh well, got a +1 on the farm wheel today, so making up for it a bit. I also have 20 red pandas left to feed, going is slow for me. Part of my problem was failure to pick a crop and stick with it, so I'm all over the place with crop needs. And of course drops. Glad there's still 3 1/2 days left, or I'd be a lot more concerned. Will start doing blue pansies next harvest, with maybe one field of carnations as was suggested by another farmer.

Drops are definitely a struggle on this one. Am I missing something with the red pandas? Surely they don't give mainland drops do they?
