The "Wonder Stable Prosperity" Rune Does not appear to be working

    The "Wonder Stable Prosperity" Rune Does not appear to be working: the times for the wonder stables do not seem to have been shortened.

    Alternatively, the rune is not working with additional buffs (e.g., valentine flower pot or cheese balls).

    Yes, I did refresh the window. However, there was no difference.

    Have any other players reported a similar problem??
