Ticks on completed Lanterns.

    I have just noticed that out of 9 completed Lanterns only two were ticked. I only have Lantern 1 to complete. Received the four ornaments and Cloud Row, but cannot place the ornaments on the row. Missing the armadillo and the crow egg. I have clicked the receipt of the scarves but they do not show on my inventory - at the top of the event. I had nine scarves - that is easy to remember - and was waiting for the remainder to complete the Lantern. I have done all the the magic tricks on the PC - log out etc. etc. and still no joy. would you please be so kind and look into this mysterious state of affairs. Thank you so much.

    Hello ortrud_oc,

    The cloud row and Armadillo are not available until all 16 squares are finished. As soon as you complete the 1st lantern, you will receive these prizes. You also need to complete the 1st Lantern to receive the Crow Egg. I have checked your account, and you have 14 Scarfs in your inventory.

    Have you also cleared browser cache and cookies and also tried clearing the Flash cache to see if that solves your display issue?

    That is correct, because I put in another five as I waited for your answer. Sorry to bother you with such insignificant things as 12 scarfs, but what is due to me - I feel - should be delivered. Not that I need them as I have ample time to manufacture them. Thank you for the explanation about the cloud row. Have a lovely day.
