Tiles can not be placed on the board

I can not place any tile on the board. I have signed out, signed back in, cleared cache, refreshed and still can not go on with the game. Please advise or/correct regarding this issue. Thanks

 

I think you need to start with a tile that touches the Ball. I had the same problem. Hope this helps.

You have to place your first tile near the Ball as illy1996 said. Any tile can placed there. You can use your sunscreens ro refresh tiles.

Thanks to both of you! I did that but the tiles do not stay on the board, this why I did all those actions. Until last night everything was function very well but since this morning the tiles do remain on the board even though they are near the ball. I have used 3 or 4 sunscreens to refresh, same issue. Any other thoughts?!

 

I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps. Please log out and back in to see if the problem is sorted.
The grabbing action is a little difficult, so make sure you are placing the front or back of the tile that you have picked up next to the beach ball to place it.

I have logged out and logged in again...unfortunately the same issue is there. As I said, yesterday there were no issue I could play normally, no tile issue, this sort of event is on the roll since forever, therefore I can confidently say that I know how to play it. Maybe I will give it a miss for now and log in this evening, because I am already too frustrated. Thanks for trying to help.
