Timer is off

I used a pumpkin jam, harvested all fields, re-sowed morning glories and watered. That brought the time down to 3:11. After about 21/2 hoours I go back on the game. I start in Bahamarama and notice that it doesn't give me +1 for my yield anymore. So I use another PJ and harvest. When I get to the main field it shows that the morning glories still have 45 minutes left on the timer. I did re-set my game when I came back on - always do.

Not quite sure what your asking, you said the time originally showed 3:11 and 2.5hrs later shows 0:45, surely that is correct?
Pumpkin Jam only affect the amount harvested, not the time.

 

Yes, I am sorry, that was confusing. What I meant to explain was that the timer showed that the effect of the pumpkin jam had run out. It is supposed to be good for 4 hours. Yet, it had disappeared after just 2.5 hours. So i lost the benefit of that pumpkin jam, and then, when I used another one and got to the main field and saw that the morning glories still had 45 min. to go.......Normally, with a growth time of 4 hours, if I use water, which brings it down to 3:11, I can use 1 pumpkin jam for 2 harvests. Does that explain it better? Sorry if I can not explain it any better.

The Pumpkin Jam seems to work correctly and the times appear to add up fine - however, we are not able to check the past effect, so please be so kind and contact support to see if you can have the PJ gone to waste, returned.
