    help please. where can i find the tinsel flower for the enchanted wintertime quest. i've checked event posts and a lot of other places. exactly where is it?

    Hello leannkat,

    As you have discovered, the Tinsel flower will not be available until the Christmas Eve event starts, then the Enchanted Wintertime quest will be able to be completed.
