Too many subscriptions

    Hello. I purchased a one month harvester subscription today on this farm (bearbabe, ID 43780286). The game was running slow, so I left while the purchase went through. When I came back some time later, I discovered that the purchase still appeared to be processing, so I refreshed my game to discover I now had 2405 hours on my harvestero_O. I had something over 300 hours left on my current subscription, I believe, and it was a few hours before I checked back and caught the discrepancy. Somehow something glitched and I believe I was given/charged for 3 subscriptions instead of one. Can you verify if this is the case, and tell me who to contact to correct this error? Thank you for your assistance.

    I have checked your logs and it looks like you have purchased the subscription 3 times indeed.
    30.01.2015, 05:09:04 +harvesterSubscription
    30.01.2015, 05:07:12 +harvesterSubscription
    30.01.2015, 05:07:12 +harvesterSubscription

    You have 3 options now:
    :oops: you can keep all 3 of them if you wish to do so
    :oops: you can contact General Support and have one of the subscription or two moved to your other account, or get BBs for the same amount of money spent
    :oops: you can contact Payment Support, using the transaction ID and payment details of one of the purchases, to have two of them refunded.

    Thank you teddy, you verified what I was thinking, I just wanted to be sure before I contacted anyone. I didn't really want to pay that much at once, but I do get the subscription every month, so I guess the question now is, pay me now, or pay me later?:pxD Here are some goodies to show my thanks, Valentines themed as it is drawing ever closer.;):)[​IMG]
