Toolbox coupons

    What I am referring to are the toolboxes that are getting stored in the inventory tab.

    My question is are the tools pre-determined?

    Currently I have all the tools out there and have several of these toolbox coupons stored up. Would it be wise to wait for a new tool to be introduced before opening these?
