toolboxes missing

    I bought 2 toolboxes from the pirate cove, but they have not been credited. The BB were deducted, but even though the item list flashed (much more quickly than usual), nothing was added to my inventory and in the popup at the bottom listing receipts, the last purchase listed was grapes.

    I have refreshed, etc.

    They have not been added. I know this 100% for sure because I was just 10 boards shy of being able to make an orange fish pen before I bought the 2 boxes, my impatience was why I bought them. It is not listed in the bottom of my screen where the totals are supposed to be listed, either.

    Hello woody, :oops:

    The Orange Fish stable needs 250 wooden boards, and you currently have 275 wooden boards. Since you were missing 10, the 35 match the count exactly. *whew* ​

    Please be so kind and log out of your farm then log back in, and check your stock again. Eventually, clear your cache as well, because your stock has been updated correctly, so it looks like a glitch on your end.

    What is the exact browser version you are using, and the Flash version installed? :oops: I am afraid that is the root of all evil, and it makes it look like you are missing items, when you are actually not, it is just updating the data very slow. ​

    I did that before I posted, but did it again and now the items have appeared. Orange pen built. Thank you.

    I am happy to hear this, woody :) But it would be great if you could provide the information requested, to see if this could be the cause of all these display glitches :( I know it's a bit of an inconvenience and trouble, but if you have time to cooperate a bit on this topic, it could help avoiding similar future unpleasant situations.

    I will therefore leave the thread open for whenever you will have time to discuss this further.
