Tools from event quest

Hi, I can't find the tool boxes mentioned in the FAQ for the current event, I checked the deco tab many times, and as other players suggested under consumables, and nothing there, could you please check my farm to see were are those tools?

Have you logged out and logged back in? That might help, if it's a lag issue....

Hello dear hero ( I will make time to reply to your post later today, promise! )

You do not have any toolboxes in your deco inventory yet because you have not completed the first step of the event yet, it seems to be still in progress. You will get the toolboxes as soon as you complete it, the full amount, or partial amounts if the time runs out and you do not manage to achieve the task.

Is there anything else I can assist you with?

I guess synching back and forth cleared them out......mine are gone too....unless as me, you received them falsely from your pet hen and not as a reward from the event....then it should be ok...I guess (I think).
