top 1000 donations

    Hi, I originally posted because I donated to the top 1000, didn;t qualify and lost all my goods. My thread was closed before asking if I required any further assistance. Could you please tell me why it didn't state in the faq that you wouldn't get back any donated items? Also because I wasn't made aware of this, I believe I am entitled to my goods being returned. Thank you

    As this is not your first Harvest event you have encountered, the rules are the same. If you did not place in the Top 1000 is no grounds for the return of your goods. You can contact Support for further assistance as we cannot assist you further on the Forum.

    I don't recall ever donating to a top 1000 event before so was not aware of the rules, in other events you clearly state that some items delivered will not be returned, but there was no mention of that on this event which seems a deliberate attempt to withhold vital information. I assumed there was no penalty to donating goods as you hadn't stated that there was! As you are saying you can't assist me further then I shall contact support as advised. Thank you
