Topiary Riddle Weekend Quests - EP amount for givers x Farm/Baha levels?

The below information taken from the FAQ states that the givers reward their respective EPs x Farm/Baha levels, i.e. Impressive Horse: 4000 EP x Farm Level or 4000 TEP x Baha level.

When hovering over the Impressive Horse giver reward in the FSQ, it stated that it only gives 4000 EP.

Can you please confirm whether the givers for this event give their respective EPs x Farm/Baha levels or is it only the stated EP value (i.e. 4000 EP), thanks.
