Toucan Pet

Is the Toucan pet worth buying?

I am level 298 on baha and have 679 GB needing over 800 to unlock the remaining statues in the temple.

Good question. I'm wondering the same

 

I decided it was, and I'm never keen on pets, a hassle to remember to click on them.
Reasons why I bought it:

• +20 % on crop and tree for 1 hour on ALL Bahama fields.
• 700 TEP
• 18h cooldown=> I harvest it once a day, my morning harvest. No need to remember odd hours
• 1 SG per harvest. Ok it's a drop in the tank, but still more than without.

if it where just one field I wouldn't have bothered, but as I tend to grow a lot of crops (doesn't look like it if you look into my barn, but honestly I do) and I like my trees, this one seem to suit me.

I'm a few temple stairs behind you Niknar, chasing those GB. I keep checking normal bananas in the desperate hope it's golden. I like to think I throw all the peels in the compost, those on the second staircase are the monkeys fault

 

The Toucan Pet is only going to appeal to certain type of Farmer. To Those who Grow Tropical Crops or Trees.

As Toucan Pet is useless to Tropical Stables, Workshops, Menagerie and Manufactory including the New Crystal Falls

We have the New Crystal Falls Field. Which means to can add an additional Owl Pet and Crow Pet.

The Owl Pet Egg costs 150 BB and Crow Pet Egg costs 45 BB from the Store. But in Shop - 0 - Rama you can buy Owl Pet Egg for 150 Farm Coins and Crow Pet Egg for 100 Farm Coins. As Owl Pet Egg gives 10% TEP every 30 Mins, Crow Pet Egg gives 5% TEP every 12 Hours. But they also give EP too. Which is better Alternative to Toucan Pet.
