Transaction history

I just purchased the monthly subscription for the machinery and was browsing through my transaction history. It appears there were a lot of transactions on this farm earlier in the year but all I have ever bought on this farm is the monthly machinery. Not sure what they were for...Is there any way for me to find out what was bought?

The only information I can give you is that you have purchased the monthly subscription today, 01.10.2014 at 17:34:58 CEST , and that you did not purchase any Barnyard Bills since the 1st of July. We do not have access to older records, unfortunately. You can try contacting Support, but you will most likely have the same information from them as well. The ones that might have access to this, are the Payment Support representatives, but this is not the type of inquiry they can be contacted about .
Another option would be checking old e-mails, if you still have them, since you have received a confirmation after each purchase.

I don't have any other questions...I was just scrolling through the bonus codes that are given when there is a transaction and there are a lot on this farm for February. The only thing I have ever purchased on this farm is a monthly subscription so multiple codes did not make any sense to me (there are more than 10 bonus codes for Feb) so I was just curious about it. I do not have email that old because once the transaction has been confirmed (via email) and cross referenced when the credit card statement comes in, they are deleted.

Sorry for butting in/hijacking but the exact same thing shows on my account history from February until May, multiple purchases that I never did, or paid for. From June onward it has been correct though.

 

Sorry for butting in here, but I know both posters have multiple farms, if under the same e-mail/account they will show in the bank for all purchases made, for both farms will you get the credit. When I started my little farm, SadieBAW, I had over 30 codes on my page, I was like what? It was the same on my original farm, this one. Same codes and everything. Hope this clears it up.

Thanks baw! I hope this will not get us into trouble. What you say makes sense but trouble is I have not bought anything on my little farm since June 2013 and still... Would love to know what is going on?!?

Thank you both baw815 and hatzeva for sharing your knowledge and experience. I did try to match up my purchases here on pnp with the codes but there are more codes than what I bought so the mystery continues....

Thank you, lovely OP They won't match I am afraid, I can confirm this as well, there are a lot more codes than there should be.
