    I found this item when I went to place items on the Pet Playground.

    What buff does it give and where did it come from? I presume it is a cloud row item from a cloud row I did not get.

    The Transformus Batus was from The Berry Effect Event, It rewards 4000 EP / TEP, 15% extra EP for Globe berries for 1 hour.
