translating messages

    I do not know if this was ask for in the past. I receive many Emails in another German or Hungarian.
    can we not have a translator button installed on the email section to translate these messages?
    for instance: What are the following trees called in English?
    1) Tomarix
    2) Arbre a soie.........(think this is a Silk tree)
    3) Chene liege
    4) Fevier d amerique

    If the tomarix is really tamarix, then that is the Salt Cedar Tree.
    Arbre a soie is the Silk tree
    Chene liege is Cork Oak
    Fevier d amerique is the Honey Locust
