    Hi Mods, I started the event by unlocking the 4th tile of row 1(floor1) and continued with the connected tiles. However, I am unable to unlock 1st and 2nd tile of Row 4 as well the complete 5th row tiles though I have enough goods required for donation. Could you please assist!

    Hello kibsnfebs,

    The elevator/door access for these rows are available through Floor 2. If you have unlocked tile 10, then followed the path to the trampoline on tile 20, you can travel up to Floor 2.
