tree harvesting

Ok, a question and problem combined.

I have been having periodic issues with both the harvester function (the combine picture) and the auto-tree harvest. The latter is relatively new, has gotten bad in the past week or so (roughly since the dog breeding quest started).

I have posted here before, been told that taking a picture would be helpful. (I also recently contact support because I think its a bigger problem than mods here can fix).

So.... I found the icon (on the drop down menu below the ?! icon at the top right of farm) with a picture (not sure why I did not pay attention before, except...). Anyway, I thought maybe that would help me take a screen shot for you to use. It said "publish".. and I did. Only where is that photo???

So, if you can see that picture, it will (should) show the trees unharvested, a chestnut, an apricot, a perfume and I don't know what else. And.. could you please tell me where I might find that picture., for future reference? Honestly, if it is in the public thread, you can just delete it after viewing, though its no bid deal to leave it -- just that I did not intend to show it around, its not that great of a set up.

That function is for taking a farm picture, it is not really a screenshot and can only store one image, so would not be of any use for this. The image can take some time to register also.

You can access your Farm photo through the Post Office, under the "photo" tab.

Next time your trees are not harvested, please post as soon as possible so we can check your account logs. A screenshot as stated, would also be helpful.
