Tree of wisdom how many stars?

No, I just wanted to know I have actually activated all the ones I wanted most. Now I am working on getting more points in the artisan buildings. I am at 15% extra in the bakery and in the confectionery. The breeding runes I'll probably leave for last. I am saving the 25 BB for a rainy day

To all of you with left over stars: First of all I am greatly impressed! Secondly, the newsletter alludes to a solution for your "problem"

 

I've got everything that I want open, but was surprised that I've only used 3675, so obviously still a lot of things I don't want left to get
I haven't opened the alchemist and most of the breeding packs. I've got 1830 stars left, which I occasionally open the odd breeding pack rune or artisan bonus with, but I want to keep a load in reserve in the hope some new and useful gets added to the tree

 

I too have opened all that I want for now. I have used 2209 and have got 2333 waiting to be used. Sometimes I browse the tree, but quite honestly there is nothing there to take my fancy at the moment. That could all change of course, if I suddenly get itchy clicky finger!

 

I too, have activated 4970 stars! I still have to activate the Holiday Rune and some other runes, so the Stars are not useless for me, as yet.

 

I have 19 and still need another 91 to finish the last rune but I probably should have hung on to them lol!

I have been playing this game over Three years, As you put Questions about Stars, There is good reason such as yagki and blessedlady have a high number of used stars or high number of surplus stars.

I am 2996 surplus Stars so far have used 3482 Stars, But I still have some Quests still to complete some breeding quests, which takes a while to complete, few useless runes left unlocked.....

The reason why Long Time Players have such high number of spent stars is because of a few reasons....

1) You can get a Star from your Daily Login
2) You get a Star from Flying Reindeer Pet
3) The Recent September Event you have an option to redo the Quest that gives you extra Stars, there was couple events in the past you can redo the Event quest few times over providing you happy to spend BB to do this
4) In the Past 150 Stars was needed to unlock Bahamrama but under the old Bahamrama Levelling System we had Air Miles Points to Unlock Bahamrama, it was very very hard to level up under old Bahamrama Now just 50 Stars is needed to open up Bahamrama so it easier for Newbies Now
5) You can Win Stars on Farmerama Wheel
6) At Renzo Event you win points can trade them in for Stars
7) During Nublon Events can wins stars with Nublon Blender Generator
If you Won or Brought a SuperFriend you can wins stars
9) There was an OctoberFest 2011 I Think sadly the archives cant go back that far, It was Renzo Striker Event where you can wins many stars i do recall under old forum someone did win over 200 stars during that event. Sadly we do not get Great events such as these any more is would be nice they came back again....!!!
10) The More Events/Farmer Society Quests you complete the more stars you get, so those who have been playing since it started such as Yagki has achieved more Events and Farmers Society Quests.....I Think Blessed Lady opps And Bhodho too Cos they are FOCD farmers like me
11) When you Level up on the Main Farm you are rewards with 5 Stars with each level

There is no mystery as to how long time players have lots of stars. At some point I was wondering how they could have used so many stars to unlock runes, but that was based on a miscalculation of mine. The numbers add up nicely now

 

But now I have to hang on to them cos we will get another breeding animal on the Tree of Wisdom and I might need that Eyore and his PF, Pheramones, etc, etc! So the Countdown will begin again!

 

With the addition of the donkey breeding packs, the total needed has increased to 6550 to fill the tree.
Getting the Living Legend Rune is huge, meaning no more shifting of the Trophies! And the drops of tools are great.
