I just turned in stars for the breeding rune for the medifish and sentinel bee. They have not showed up in the inventory. I logged out and back in but that didn't help. My ID # is 2418461. Did I do it wrong ?

 

Stupid question.....Did you reach the level necessary to unlock bees and fishes (fish - level 38/bees - level 48 ) That could be a reason why they are not showing.....then they would show only as soon as you reach the necessary level....

Any breeding animals will show in the "Breeding" category in your Barn. Did this solve the problem?

I am on level 88 and no they are not there. It did take my stars but didn't give me my medifish or my sentinel bee. When I turned the stars in it told me I would be gifted one medifish. Then I turned in stars for the sentinel bee.

I checked your logs and what you have unlocked was the Sentinel Bee rune and the Bee Cuckoo Rune, and they are both in your inventory:

Unfortunately we are not able to reverse the Cuckoo bee unlocking, if you aimed for the Medifish instead I'm sorry.

Can you please tell me where you are seeing them. I have looked in my inventory and can't find them under breeding animals. It said select a breeding rune. I selected medifish. It said need a doctor in the house? Here is a medifish for your collection dont let him slip away. Select a breeding rune. I selected sentinel bee. Every beekeeper can use a bit of muscle to protect their hives. Here is one guard on the house. Doesn't that mean I should have gotten a medifish and a sentinel bee in my breeding inventory. Shouldn't I have gotten the breeding animals in my inventory.I'm looking in the farmers market and in the farm house and I don't see them. I already had a sentinel bee from a free spin. I guess I don't understand why or where I need to look.

As I have explained above, you did not unlock the Medifish, so you should not have one - You have unlocked a Bee cuckoo, which is in your inventory, and you can see it listed in your barn, under the category, and you will be able to use it during the Cuckoo Breeding events. ​

As for the Sentinel bee, you will also see it in your barn, under the category, or in the 'Make an offer' section of the market. But you have only one - the one from the Rune. ​

I have checked your Farmwheel logs, for a whole year back, and you did not win a sentinel bee so far. You have won the following bee related items:

• 1 x Nanny bee - 06.01.2015, 00:01:49
• 1 x Forest bee - 29.12.2014, 02:15:22
• 1 x Ninja bee - 17.12.2014, 03:07:36
• 1 x Hamster bee - 29.09.2014, 00:42:00
• 1 x Beehive - 06.08.2014, 01:17:17

I understand the Cuckoo Bee was not wanted, but as explained, we cannot reverse this. There is no bug with the runes, so it can only be explained by a visual glitch on your end, so what I can do is recommend a browser cache & cookies and Flash cache clearing, as well as keeping your Flash player up to date, to make sure display glitches won't occur.

I don't mean to be a pain. I don't understand that I turned in 60 or 70 stars twice and only got one breading animal. I had 127 or 137 stars now I have 7. Is there any way that I can check to see what I have turned stars in for ?

 

With all due respect, I have explained you twice that you got 2 breeding animals, I have provided all your logs with timestamps and investigated further your statements, month by month, for a year back. You had 132 stars, spent 55 to get the Sentinel bee, which you got - and 70 on the Cuckoo bee, which you also got - and this brought you to a total remaining of 7 stars, after getting the two breeding animals. I'm sorry I don't have better news for you, but I cannot make things up. I have to do my job, even if it is a volunteer one and I do it because I love it with all my heart and soul - but if you are not going to believe us, please be so kind and contact Support directly.

 

I'm sorry I don't mean any disrespect at all. I'm sorry I don't think I said I didn't believe you at all. Volunteers get a big pat on the back from me and I 100 % think yall do a great job. Nor did I say you make things up. I just don't understand how my page says medifish or how I can unlock 2 different bee runes when mine says a fish rune and a bee rune. It is just a game no need to get that upset over it. Close
