Tree Spree

Hi dear Mods. I'm sorry I hate to ask this of you.

Just over an hour ago I bought 2 x the 150BB chest with 10 supergrow.
My log shows them as coming through 8:38 8.23(23 Aug, 8:38am) 165BB each (15BB bonus). I saw the pop up notification for 1 purchase, but didn't notice the other which is not unusual. I also did not look at the new BB total to confirm this time.

From there I went straight to the Pick a Tree Spree. And ran out of said BB after getting 30 trees. At 5BB each that should be 150BB. I logged each one down as they came up and have been back through my tree inventory tabs and recalculated them and still come up with 30 trees in that session.
(I purchased/won 2 several hours beforehand).

I have since purchased another 150BB pack and did a test run for 1 more spree tree (mangosteen). (This purchase is not showing in the log but did arrive).

Did I miss something? Have I spent an extra 150BB somewhere that I don't recall in that short amount of time?

You have purchased 2 lots of the 150 BB packages at 02:34:10 and 02:34:11. Following those purchases, you bought the Yeast Dough recipe for 188 BB. You then purchased a total of 29 rounds of the Pick-A-Tree Spree. You then purchased another 150 BB package of BBs at 03:31:32 and following that 1 more round at the Pick-A-Tree Spree.

Thanks shooger, but there is something wrong there.

I did not buy the yeast dough recipe. I have had the ability to make yeast dough for over 7 years now.
It is not possible for me to purchase the yeast dough because it was not in the store, because I have already had it. I was making ZAB and the other level 4 breads before I stopped playing in 2013, not to mention i never went to the store supplies at all this morning. The only recipes that have been in my store lately are the Beady eye jelly, sour dough cake, venus fly feast and gooseberry jam.

I would like this corrected please.

edit - hang on, are you saying I purchased a yeast dough in the bakery for 188BB because I had run out? Either I am out of my mind or was unconscious at the time as I would never pay BB for those items. I will wear it, but I am not happy. If I did do it (might have been the dog) that is a) an extortionate amount of money for 1 dough, and b) those things should have a double safety guard confirmation but the plus sign should really link to the market or the store like every other part of this game does. People are used to just clicking away automatically in those sections.

I do have another question.
I read the post about the XXL tool tree prize from the Fashion event. Is that an upgrade only, ie it doesn't come with the base tool tree, like every other xxl won tree does? Could you clarify please, because that is not mentioned in the FAQ, nor does the picture have the upgrade arrow on it. The FAQ simply states the tree can be placed on the 3 main lands.

 

Is it possible you had a production of Yeast dough running and finished it with BBs? I cannot trace down exactly what cost 188 BBs. Please contact Support to see if they can investigate this matter further.

The XXL Tool Tree is an upgrade and does not come with the base tree included. Base Trees are only included if buying a XXL tree at Renzo's or during Pick-A-Tree Spree and if winning an XXL tree from Wonder Tree events. Stable/Tree Upgrades given out as rewards in events, do not automatically come with the base included.

Trees Upgrades do not use the upgrade arrows as Stables and Workshops do.

No need to contact support. 1 (one) yeast dough costs 188BB to make if you haven't made any. Who pays 188BB for yeast dough when you can make it?? I don't remember doing it, but I did have 1 lone yeast dough sitting there when I checked (I usually make 2 or 3 at a time depending on ostrich egg stocks), so I have obviously done it by accident and it was costly.

Thanks for the info on the prize tree. I'll just have to hang on to it until I can use it.
