    last night i won a chocolate tree and various other trees and oak seedlings none of which have arrived - can you look into this

    Chocolate vine is a bahamarama tree, have you checked your tree inventory on the island?
    Oak seedling is a tool, so will be found in your barn under "other".
    If you want to have your account checked you need to post in Technical issues along with your account ID.
