Trees not being harvested, wonder stable not credited

I turned on the auto-harvest, now that you say you have fixed the comic glitch. However, it is not harvesting all my trees. Those in my magic glade, in particular, though I am not sure if it is impacting other areas since none of those trees have matured since I activated the feature.

I have to leave now, but will check back. Please look into this.

EDIT... I was able to buy Easter Marmalade, so I am turning off the auto-harvest now. I don't know if this is a problem you can check without it activated (if it impact more people than just me, for example), but go ahead and close this thread. Thank you.

Could you please be so kind and let us know what exactly happened? I'm not completely sure what the issue is - the auto harvester not working? But the mention of Easter Marmalade confused me I'm sorry.

The auto harvester is counting correctly the EP for the first room now, and once you turn it on, it should harvest all the trees. However, you might need to refresh the game or switch fields a couple of times for the trees to be harvested, immediately after activating it. Also, the Easter Marmalade affects the trees correctly.

It was part of the issue.

Sorry I was not clear enough initially. The auto-harvester was not working for a time. Since I harvested some items before setting the auto-harvester (forgot I can use it, truthfully) I did not know about the EP issue, I don't know if some items were harvested but not credited. I do know that several trees that were short on time when I "checked in" were not harvested when "ripe". That is when I posted, and saw mention of the EP issue. Then I wound up being able to buy an Easter Marmalade, so just shut the auto-harvest off, since buffs don' apply to auto-harvests.

Then, however, it was for naught, because my regular harvester (from completing a Farmer quest) did not harvest my trees. Refreshing did not work. when I got back after work the EM had expired, so I lost significant EP there and the CC I spent on EM were wasted.

Anyway, I have reset the harvester because step 1 will end while I am sleeping. Hopefully the harvester is working now. I am able to complete part of step 1, but not as much as I could have, and it will take me longer to do step 2, because I could not replant my parachute crops.


EDIT: I woke up this morning and it does not appear that I was credited the EPs I should have had for the auto tree harvest. Please check this. had 25K before I went to sleep.

I am sorry, but the autoharvester does not work while you sleep - you need to be logged in, and visit the specific field where the trees are placed, in order to have them harvested. If your timer ran out while you were sleeping, you should not have received more than you had harvested before going to sleep.

Sadly, regarding the lost CC that were spent on the Easter Marmalade and the waster hours when the harvester did not work, there is nothing I can do, but I advise you to contact Support to see if they can help you with this matter.

If your harvester is still not working properly, please maker sure you cache is cleared properly and try again.​

the auto tree harvester does not work when logged off? I know that the harvester, won in coupons and the farmer quest works that way, and you have to actually click on it, but I thought that the auto tree harvests worked automatically. Where is this information? I have looked through the FAQs. I remember seeing it in the old FAQs, but cannot find it now. All I find is basic stuff about the premium villa, not the individual features.

Also, I was supposed to have won 2 stables from the trees I did cash in, but they are not showing up anywhere on my inventory. I did not check my powerfeed totals, so I don't know if those appeared, though my wheel tickets apparently did.

 

The Automatic tree harvester will harvest your trees when you visit the field they are placed. As soon as a tree is ready to harvest, even if you are asleep, it will start the countdown to the next harvest but no EP/Fruit are credited until you visit the field the trees are placed. If you turn off the auto harvester (from the Premium Village), all EP/Fruit accrue till you want to harvest, then you turn back on auto harvester and visit your fields.

The stables rewarded in the first step were yellow upgrades for the Chameleon pen. They should be in your animal Inventory.
