    I have completed FSQ Fire Festival but the rewards "Instructions for Tropical Garden" are not visible....Plz confirm

    The reward is the recipe for crafting the tropical garland. It is a level 5 Florist recipe. If you do not have the Florist at Level 5, it will be waiting for you when you do.
