Trouble buying BB's

    Hi, I hope this is where I post this, tonight using a Subway gift card I tryed to purchase the $1.99 pack of 50 BB's as I usually do, after putting in the 16 digit card# and the
    8 digit pin I was prompted to click on a blue "pay $1.99 USD now button, which I did.
    At that point a screen pops up saying "register to complete your payment" (NEVER had that happen before) ! It also said "You've reached the maximum limit of transaction
    on a guest account, please log in to continue!" There they wanted my e-mail, password and password confirmation, NONE of which I did! I am using a Subway gift card and have used them for the past 3 years!! I think there is a problem. I hope you can fix it as I also need to get the Harvest Helper tomorrow! Thank you all in advance.

    Hello sanddollar15,

    I will pass this onto the Dev's to check if there is a known problem. Can you try logging out of the Game and then back in to see if the problem persists.

    Hi shooger, yes, I did log out and then back before I posted here, and I just did it all again with the same issue happening.

    Hi I also am having the same problem using my Subway gift card that sanddollar15 is having. I have used Subway gift cards for about 3 years When clicking on the Subway card icon the fist thing I noticed was it said 1.99 US dollars in blue that has never been there.

    Hello sanddollar15 :)

    We've sent inquiries to try to find out if this is a change in purchasing transactions. Until we receive official confirmation, you can opt to follow the confirmation asked for (email and password to create an account) or try using a different payment method.

    I can tell you that by registering your Subway cards, Openbucks stores the card information so you don't have to enter your card number and PIN each time, as well as, they send you an email confirmation of your purchase.

    When we receive more information, we will provide an update.

    Thank you Farmers.Almanac for your response, as I have already invested money in these prepaid Subway Cards I do not have a different payment method at this time!:cry: I will wait for clarification. Again Thank You and have a wonderful day!

    I am glad to see someone else is have this problem too!:p

    edit: I just went and did the e-mail and password to open an account and I was then able to purchase the Harvest helper! So at least I was able to do that! :D

    I had this problem. If you instead of signing in you hit skip, and inter your card number it will work. The proplem is in the sign in prossess. I use subway cards too, and now I dont have a problem.

    Please note that we are still waiting for more information about guest transactions vs creating an account to log in. When we have the information, we will provide an update and if you have any further questions, please let us know.

    For now, problem has been resolved with purchase so will close thread.
