Trouble changing my e-mail address

If I click the link send to my old e-mail, I get to see step one and nothing further happens.
If possible, please reply in Dutch.

I'll try again. I did the steps, but received no e-mail to my new address.

 

Did you check to see if the email went to your Junk or Spam folder?

 

I tried it over again, no mail to my new e-mail. Yes, I checked the spam folder.
