Trying to Purchase BB from Newspaper

    I keep getting this error:
    • Look for the page with your search engine.
    • Refresh the page in a few minutes.

    when trying to purchase BB. And now when I go to the City to purchase. Help.

    Hi Teagle22

    Not really sure what could be causing this, perhaps there is something your end preventing the bank working correctly.

    What point in the purchase does the error occur? Is it for a particular package or for any purchase?

    Try clearing your cache, try a different browser, make sure they don't have a plug-in or anti-virus blocking the bank content from being loaded or a pop-up blocker.

    This is happening on both of my computers when I try to buy BB's.

    I can't purchase BB's either. I keep getting the message that the server is taking too long and timed out.
