    The turbo mill subscription is sold once a month: it costs 2.99$ or 75 BBs. Looking at my mill, it was offered 10 days ago, so another 3 weeks until it's offered through the news tab. It's offered through the premium subscription too.

    Nordais is correct. The Turbo Mill Subscription is sold monthly, usually around the first week or so of the month.
