unable to add pheromones

I am unable to add pheromones to chameleons once breeding process has started. I am able to add them to bees and ostriches (not sure about other animals). I do have pheromones, am selecting animal correctly. Logging off, clearing cache, etc has not helped.

I've tried clearing your cache our end to see if this helps. Can you try a different browser to see it this helps also?

 

EDIT: One additional factor ... I may have started the chameleons before remembering to put out pink jelly. If I used pink jelly for some, but not the others, I wonder if that could impact this?


Thank you. I don't have another browser. I did try on my other account (this is a "baby" account), exactly duplicating and did not have and issue. Not sure if it matters, but I do have a harvester in that account.

Thank you for your attention, the main reason I posted was that I saw others were having a similar issue and hoped my account info might help.

PS I am using Firefox as my browser.

 

If Pink Jelly was not applied before breeding, it would only impact the time. You should still be able to add the pheromones. It may be because you do not have the harvester. I will pass this onto the Game Team for further investigation.
