Unable to log on

    This morning for I was unable to log on for 30 minutes.

    The home page was loading (as was the forum) but attempting to log in gave the following error:

    An error occurred while processing your request.
    Reference #97.d0a0d517.1691994344.dac3e3ef

    I am now able to log on, but am posting this for your reference.

    Yes, the Game Team are aware of the log in issues. For now the Game is up and running again.

    Hi you say the game is up and running and to an extent it is - but the graphics for crops and trees are stuck, they arent showing when 'done'

    We have been informed the display issue regarding the growth stages of crops and trees was fixed. If you are still experiencing that problem, please try to clear your browser cache and cookies. If that doesn't help, please let us know in your own thread so we can assist each player individually. If the problem continues, we will update the Game Team that it has returned.
