unable to login for several weeks

Hi !
This is my 3rd account (User: sukafarmer ID: 52083117) which I created using a third party website to get into the forum. I am able to loginto the new account only through the 3rd party account. I am unable to login to the old accounts even through the 3rd party gaming websites

I am in serious situation. I have 2 game accounts :- 12ss12 & abc12328. For more that 3 weeks I am not able to login. I have contacted the support. I wish to know my user Id for both accounts. It was visible in my posts in old forum. But in new one the user id is not displayed

1. Can anyone find out my user ID for the said 2 accounts ?
2. Can anyone suggest how to solve the problem of logging in ? ( I tried all regular methods- cache, uninstalling and reinstalling flash and java and updating also)
3. How am I to prevent my accounts from getting deleted due to non-logging ? (I have been playing since 2010 and in higher level in both farms)

Can anyone, moderators or fellow players help me?

I used to play through MySpace until they discontinued all the games, as far as I remember it showed the Farm ID at the end of the address bar of the browser. So check with your current account if you see the current ID somewhere in the address bar, if so, maybe you can find the old ones there too when trying to login. To see if your old accounts are still out there somewhere try to connect as neighbor or send messages.....If you ever bought items (Barnyard Bills, Machinery) for one of these accounts there should also be the Farm ID in those records.
I hope the moderators can help to re-unite you with your farms......

P.S. I know it's convenient to have one access to all games through portals but in my experience it causes over time much more trouble than signing up directly on the game page....

First of all, please allow me to mention that you can only log in via the website you have registered through. If you registered and played through the Farmerama website, you can login directly. If you registered through a partner, you need to log in via that 3rd party. Otherwise, there is no chance to make it work.

Secondly, please let us know why aren't you able to login. What happens when you try to login? Do you see any errors? Please give us all the details, and if possible, a screenshot as well.

Also, please let us know which partner have you registered through.

Your accounts are both fine, so to answer your questions:
1) Yes we can find your user IDs
2) Please provide all the requested details so we can figure out the problem, and we will be happy to help you
3) The most important thing is to let us know immediately when you experience problems, never wait for so long. However, if your accounts would ever be disabled due to inactivity, Support can help you recover them.

You are most welcome. Please try using http://www.farmerama.com for logging into the 2 accounts. But are you sure you have registered them through Farmerama directly, and not through Big Fish games or a different partner?

Tried. Same error. I registered my earlier accounts only through farmerama. Opening third account with Big fish was a sort of test/trial and error process, as I could not login or create a new account through farmerama. I know this is very taxing problem. But hope something or other will change and I might log into my earlier accounts. ( Never say die ).

I have contacted the support already. So please close this thread. If my problem is not solved even after a week, I will open a new thread. If you have any more solutions, please post them and then you may close the thread. Thank you.
