    Hi unable to login whole thursday 1-10-2015,faced problem today. Is this an isolated case or there is some problem in the net.

    What happens when you try to login? What website are you logging in through, is it Farmerama directly or a partner?

    How are you. chated with you after a long time.
    I am logging in directly to Farmerama. It shows : Unable to connect
    On the other hand I was able to login other sites without any issue. It happened whole day. Finally I was able to connect around midnight.
    Lost a day of current event :(
    Kindly check and rectify if possible.

    Unfortunately, if you are now back and playing without any problems there is nothing I can do to help you :( All I can do is advise you that if it happens again, to please do not wait to report it, but get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately, by filling in the Support form at the bottom of the game page.

    Is there anything else I could assist you with?

    OMG just read that you are just back from a surgery. Mine as well as other farmers Good wishes are always with you but it is Good to hear that you are fine and getting better now.

    The problem I faced is a special one . Actually there was no game page , only blank page just showing something like: unable to connect

    I tried connecting to Bigpoint but that too showed same result then I tried big fish , created anccount there but when I tried to play farmerama I met same result that is no connection through them also. So finally I gave up. Then I tried half an hour before midnight and It got connected in a jiffy.
    Don't know what happened but then thought to report this in forum.
    Anways It happens sometimes.Internet world is a complex area :)

    sounds more like an issue with your routing to bigpoint than an issue with the game, unfortunately there would be nothing we can do in such cases
