unable to login

    i am unable to login in standalone. i get as far as the moving flower and then it will sign off. this started yesterday afternoon. i can get in on chrome, but that runs so slow. please help. my id is 25480043

    I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps.

    You can also try to clear your browser cookies and cache, make sure it is the latest version, or try a different browser.

    You can also try to uninstall and then reinstall the Standalone client.

    When you sign in via browser, you will see the option to download the client. Click that button and it will reinstall it to your computer. It is suggested you restart your computer after you download it before logging in.
