unable to open the last two special shells

    I opened all shells except the last 2. I am able to see all the prizes of the opened shells. (The day 28th one:25 super grows) said it is closed, and ask me to re-open it for 13BB.

    Can you please check it for me ?

    Hello thesmileface,

    We need your ID# to check your account. This can be found next to your username at the bottom of the Game frame. But if the shell is locked, you will not be able to open the last 2 unless you pay the BB's asked to open the locked one.

    I opened that shell already, and I shouldn't pay 13BB to re-open it again. and also some people just pay 2BB to open it. Why do I need to pay 13BB?

    Please check it for me. Thanks

    The shell for the 28th shows that is has not been opened. Each shell has a different BB cost, depending on the shell that requires opening.
    If you feel this is incorrect, you will need to contact Support.
