unable to play the event game

I am unable to play the domino mini-game on either of my farms:
User: birdiesaunt ID: 15079925
User: birdiesaunt1951 ID: 15080014

When I try to access it, either through the event timer or the main field or green meadow, the game freezes. No gameboard shows up, nor fabric tiles. The progress bar on the left shows 5 gift boxes with "40" in each one. The gold box below that keeps count of the number of boards played shows "289".

I have tried using Firefox, Safari and Chrome on three different computers and my iphone - no luck. Browsers are up to date, computers and phone were shut down and restarted, cache and cookies cleared.

Could this somehow be related to having the server logs cleared not too long ago?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The problems would not be related to having the server logs cleared. Are you able to try on the Standalone Client? You could try rebooting your modem to see if that helps.

I am playing on a Mac and cannot use the Standalone Client. Modem and router both rebooted, but that did not solve the problem.

My sister and niece tried playing the mini-game on their farms on my computers and had no problems at all. Everything worked for them.

 

The game hangs for either time.
I have to click on the patches of fabric many times before I get them to the place I want.

I have cleared your server logs again. Please close your browser, then try logging into the Game to see if you are now able to play the mini-game. You may also like to check that your browsers are up todate.

I have cleared your server logs. Please restart your browser and log back into the Game to see if thngs are running smoother. If you have further problems, please start your own thread where we can assist you further.

All the browsers I use are up to date. Cleared cache and cookies again, closed the browser, restarted the computer, logged back in, but still unable to play the mini-game as no game board appears nor do the fabric tiles. Does the mini-game load for you when you access either of my farms?

 

I have tried accessing your farms using windows and I have found the same problem. I have passed on the information to the Game Team. I will update you as soon as I have any news.

Both accounts should be fixed. Can you try logging back into the Game to see if you can now successfully play the mini-game.
