Unable to report an issue with an in-game purchase

    This farm purchased barnyard bills this morning, but did not receive them in-game.

    I have attempted to contact support, but cannot complete the support ticket, because the CAPTCHA pop-up is too large, cannot be moved and thus cannot be completed to prove that I am human.

    Please advise how to proceed.

    I found a way to make the CAPTCHA pop-up navigatable. Issue has been reported to support. Moderators, please delete or close this thread.

    Sometimes after a purchase, you may need to refresh your browser to see the barnyard bills credited. If that didn't happen, then yes, you should contact Support to see if there is a technical issue. Good luck with your inquiry.
