Unable tp place Factory 10 in Park

    I have tried several times to clear cache and reboot my game but cannot still place my Factory 10 in the Park as advertised by ShoogarSweet. At present I have a yellow can not place sign over the Factory while in the Park

    Currently, you have only one free space open in your park and the factory takes 2x2. Please make some room for the factory and try placing it again. If that doesn't work, please contact Support to have them assist you in placing it.

    I still have a yellow forbidden sign on the Pet Playground when I try to place the Factory 10

    We have checked your account and cannot see the yellow forbidden sign preventing you from placing the Factory. Please contact Support for them to assist you in placing it in the park.
