    All you can do in this situation, is to contact our Customer Care Team, because we are not able to assist you with this matter. :( If you have logged into the farm yesterday, there will most likely be no problem in sorting this out.

    Teddy, I picked the gift yesterday.
    Now today it's trying to say I didn't for for reason.

    I guess you can lock this thread so I must contact support.

    I understand this solotime, but we cannot reproduce this problem and we had only one more report regarding this. :( As much as I would like to help you, there is nothing I can do :( Only Support can fix this for you.
