unlocked icon to reduce breeding time - didn't work

Hi (probably Teddy!)
I unlocked the icon on the tree that reduced breeding time "from 6 hours to 5", but when I put animals in the breeding pens, it still says 6 hours. I have refreshed, but still the same

I have checked your logs and the rune was unlocked at 2015-05-24 19:50:03 CEST, and after this you had no breeding processes. The rune is working correctly though, so if you still experience the same, please clear your browser cache and cookies as well, perhaps even the Flash cache.

Sorry Teddy - your log is wrong: I had about 6 breeding processes going continually, throughout the BB event; also, why would I have written at 19:16 on the 24th if I didn't unlock the rune until 19:50? It had been unlocked for about 30 mins or more, because I had breeding occurring at the time and presumed that - like some of the Buffs - it only took effect when you started the process after initiating the buff/rune. So, however long three breedings took to end (I checked and double then triple checked) plus a couple of refreshes, before I wrote here.

I am sorry, but I can only tell you what the logs say. This would explain the issue, however. If the system only recognized unlocking the rune with such a big delay, your breedings should have not been affected, so the actual 6 hours would make sense . All I can advise you to do is contact Support to see if they can make up for this difference. I have tested the rune unlocking now on 3 different accounts but the times in the logs were correctly updated immediately.

Edit: As a lovely farmer kindly pointed out ( thank you !) your post was made at 8:16 pm CEST, so indeed, around half an hour after unlocking the rune.
