unrespondive/lagging/crashing clent & web games

Dear mods,

I'm back with having problems with both games style, ie the client and web versions. Since early December it keeps giving me spinning daisies or "non responding" msg and this got better as the months went by but now since the last major update, things got so much worst.

I took me 14 minutes to harvest my 6 giver parks and this time the game completely white screened my PC that I had to physically shut it down because it wouldn't respond to anything else. I'm playing on firefox under Win 10. I'm running bigger and more demanding games on this PC and never have a problem with those. When I can finally access the panel with alt-ctrl-del, the memory/hard drive/processor usually are at 100% capacity. It's either firefox that lags things out if I'm playing web bases or the farmerama.exe if I'm playing with the client. It's like unity goes into a vicious spiral of ressource consumption.

This moring was the worst ever: 1 full hour to harvest both farms and not by hand, with the harvester!

Edit: I had to deactivate all animations so that I can play the game and this means that I can't even see what I'm getting from harvests...

Edit 2: with animations turned off I'm getting display issues where watered crops will dissapear and show the base crop growth time. I have to enter a new land section (exiting to the general map will not do) to finally be sure that crops are watered and have menure.

I have cleared both your server caches. You may need to check that your browsers are up to date and you have cleared your browser cache and cookies also.
For the download client, you can try un-installing it, then closing down computer, then re-installing it to see if that helps.

browser is always up to date + I purge cookies every single day. I can't have animation on, it's like unity cannot handle them and all the bonuses I get from harvesting cloud rows. When I play with the client, there's this black window that pops up (just like in the good old days when dos prompt windows would appear) and seems to be emptying memory of the game usually after I visit my fifth giver park, but them things keep lagging once I try harvesting crop fields.

You may close the tread, I'll keep animation off for now.
