Unsold items?

    hotstox1 Forum Greenhorn

    On a number of occasions recently when I have logged on I receive a large number of messages relating to unsold items being returned to my inventory. However when I check my inventory these items are not there. In addition to this I know that some of the items I am supposedly being credited I have never offered for sale. Can anyone help with this issue which is both confusing and time consuming.

    You've forgotten your User ID number.
    It's found on wooden frame in the middle, the screen that you use to play Farmerama.

    I'm not a moderator but just player assisting you.
    Once you provide your user ID, a moderation could investigate.

    I apologise for the late reply. This issue has been reported already, it looks like the system gets a little bit confused and the pop-ups are not correct. We are sorry for this inconvenience. If it happens again, please do post your user ID as well as a screenshot if possible.
