Unthemed Cloud Rows

Hi, I have won the Comic 8 Cloud Row but obviously need decorations to go on it to activate it. I went into my park and went to delete/move some deccies that no longer give EP or CC to put on the cloud row but it says if I delete them, they will be deleted forever. So, my question is, how do we get the deccies to put on the cloud rows? Is it a case that unless there is something we deem suitable already in our inventories then we must buy them from the shop to put on?

The deccies that no longer give EP or CC cannot be used and if you delete them, they disappear forever. The thing to do is hold them in your inventory, till you can place them on an unthemed cloud.
The beach is not usable irrespective of whether it can still give EP or not.
Wilson, both the moonlight mania deccies, the water tower, the other gifts like the raspberry bush etc are all usable, if you have not used up the EP or CC component before.

I am sure a mod or older player can clarify better.

You can buy some deco's from the Pirate cove or some from the supply store for CC's. You can also build some decos during MM in Jack's Shop. You can also use some from Events.
