Used deluxe lure, got wrong result

    I am not the only one with this issue. On the chart, it says that if we get the target precisely with a deluxe lure, then we are guaranteed to get at least 3 puffer fish -- no parrots, but we are getting parrotfish instead.

    Are the FAQs wrong? Or is the meter off?
    I also got 3 lobster from what seemed to be within the first boundary. It was near the border, but even if it was in the second ring, the FAQs chart indicates that we should not get lobsters.

    Hello woody,

    All fish can be won from each lure. You may not be getting a perfect catch. A perfect catch has the Green ring with a yellow glow on the outline. Any spot outside a perfect catch, depending on how far can give lesser fish.

    We have had confirmation that the fishing is working as intended. The FAQ's are indeed, correct.
    You were probably just out of the area for a perfect catch and got a good one instead.

    Well, without a screen shot, I cannot prove my case, but it was definitely well within the middle area, completely, as described.
    At any rate, I have my answer. I know you are just relaying what you have been told, so no sense getting into it more here. You can close the thread and thank you for investigating.
