Using Paypal

    Hello,
    I am posting this because I need information about using Paypal to buy the Harvester special. I have always used Paypal since I have been playing the game. Now I can't seem to use Paypal any more. Is there a reason the Paypal feature is missing? I tried to look in the forum for information before I posted this, but I couldn't find anything. I DO NOT want to put my credit card information on the internet as there have been WAY to many hacking's. So could someone please help me here? I would really like to buy the harvester before it runs out.

    Hello Puppy_Paws, :oops:

    We have not been informed of any change but there was a similar case reported already here. I will try to get an update from the Game Team and Payments department but I will only get an update tomorrow, since it is Sunday. Please check if you have the Paypal option for the BB packages sold in the shop in the mean time - if you could let us know, it would be great.

    Payment options can be enabled at disabled at any point, but since we are talking about Paypal, we should have information if changes occur.

    Hi teddy, Puppy_Paws. It's possible you've hit your "limit" with paypal's free transaction feature. Check your paypal account, see if you have any messages that indicate they want more information to continue you to be able to use them. I had this happen to me last year, I had to link a bank account to my paypal account before I could use it any more, a credit card was no longer sufficient. I was furious. It doesn't cost anything extra, but you have to be willing to give them a bank account number. Hope this helps.

    Thank you very much for pointing this out - I am not sure if this can be the case, it's a bit of a coincidence for 2-3 players to experience it in the same day, but it would be a relief if this is the case (sorry!).

    Hello,
    Thank you for your reply. I went and looked at my Paypal account and there is no problem with it. I also went to the BB area to see if Paypal was an option and there was no Paypal available to pay there either. So it must be an issue on Bigpoints end. I only hope this issue is fixed before the time is up for me to purchase the Harvester subscription, I have been buying this subscription for a long time now and my current one is almost out. I will check back later or after work tomorrow.
