Valentine Event

I have a couple of questions about the event starting tomorrow.

"Each area opened unlocks a tentacle auto production timer." Does this mean that we don't have to click on the timers ourselves and that they will automatically reset (and presumably give prize)?

Also, it states that to complete the event, we need to play 290 games. What exactly are the games?

Yes, you click on the timers to collect the lootable prize. The timers are 4 hours and can be sped up by 1 hour using a quill. If you use a quill to set the timer to 3 hours, once you harvest the tentacle, the timer will reset to 4 hours.

The 290 'games' mentioned in the FAQ are not actual mini games as we are familiar with. They are Progression points that you gain when you harvest the auto production tentacle. You get 1 - 3 points per tentacle harvest depending on the upgrades you apply to the tentacles.

You upgrade the tentacles with secret messages that you create with kelp and heartstones.

I thought we might have to click on the timer to reset but the "auto" made me wonder. I also thought that the games were to do with the tentacles but it is nice to have these things confirmed. Thank you and hope you enjoy the chocolates, don't forget to share with Kitty and Shooger!
