    As you can see from the image below the game has some bugs in it. I started the minigame by choosing the 5 and moving 5 spaces -- no problem. I then chose the 3 but instead of allowing me to advance 3 spaces it highlighted 3 spaces from the start of the game.

    I had to refresh a couple of times to get it to work.
